We are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on tel. +420731411611.

Most communication is done quickly and easily via SMS or Whatsapp. Therefore, it is important to check your phone messages before and during your reservation. There you will always find all the necessary information about accommodation in a timely and clear manner, and we will also be happy to advise you on anything else. Thanks.

PAYMENT

Payment is made without cash 5-7 days before accommodation (bank transfer). We will usually invite you to make a payment in time via SMS from the phone number +420731411611 or by e-mail from hotel@hotelmrazek.cz.

CHECK IN

Accommodation is available from 3 pm to 8 pm. Earlier arrival must be arranged in advance. Later arrival is not a problem, only after 8 pm we are not always online.

!! We do not have a classic reception, on the day of arrival you will receive an SMS with all the necessary information.

CHECK OUT

Standard check-out is 10.00 the latest. If you want to leave later, write us in advance and we will arrange the details.

BREAKFAST

We are sorry, but we are temporarily not preparing breakfast. However, the hotel has a kettle, a fridge, a microwave, and a stove. Just around the corner is Pernštýnské nám. and then třída Míru class with many breakfast options..

Hotel has a strong free wifi. You will receive your login details upon arrival.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING !!!

The hotel is strictly non-smoking and smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel (including toilets, bathrooms or smoking from the window). Smoking is only allowed outside in front of the hotel. Violation of this prohibition is subject to a fine of at least one night's price of the room in question. Thank you for your understanding.
